NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 22.08.2024 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances.
