Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in FIR No.105 dated 24.08.2023 under Sections 21(1) and 4(1) of Mines and Minerals (Regulations of Development) Act, 1957 registered at Police Station Sri Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation till date.

Vide order dated 08.12.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was directed appeared before the SHO/Investigating Officer to join the investigation, but he did not join the investigation. Further, vide order dated 28.01.2026, the petitioner was granted more time to join the investigation, but still, he did not adhere to the directions issued by this Court. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed.
