NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is filed against the order dated 15.10.2019 vide which his application for recalling the order dated 12.07.2019, vide which evidence of the petitioner-defendant was struck off, was dismissed.

While praying for setting aside the said order and with the permission to allow to file the written statement, the only argument raised is that the same was not intentional.

Without going into the merits and in the interest of justice, this Court deems it proper to set aside the said order and grant one last opportunity to file the written statement. The said written statement be filed on or before the next date of hearing with an advance copy also to the respondent-plaintiffs or their counsel subject to deposit of `30,000/- costs, to be paid by way of a bank draft in the name of the respondent-plaintiffs.
