The present application has been filed by the respondents seeking permission to place on record copy of the judgment dated 20.03.2026 passed by this Court in COCP-4732-2025 titled as "Varinder Singh Sohi and others Vs. Paramjit Kaur and others". 2.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the copy of judgment dated 20.03.2026 passed by this Court in COCP-4732-2025 is taken on record.

The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 05.03.2019 passed by this Court in CR-3828-2018 titled as "Varinder Singh Sohi and others Vs. Paramjit Kaur and others".

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a similar contempt petition i.e. COCP-4732-2025 titled as "Varinder Singh Sohi and others Vs. Paramjit Kaur and others" for violation of same order dated 05.03.2019 passed by this Court in CR-3828-2018 titled as "Varinder Singh Sohi and others Vs. Paramjit Kaur and others" has already been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 20.03.2026. He, therefore, prays that the present contempt petition be dismissed in the same terms. 3.
Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the same and contends that petitioners would move an appropriate application before the appellate court.

Since violation of the order dated 05.03.2019 passed by this Court in CR-3828-2018 titled as "Varinder Singh Sohi and others Vs. Paramjit Kaur and others" has already been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 20.03.2026, therefore, the present contempt petition is also dismissed in the same terms.

Petitioners are however at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law.
