* * * RAJIV SHARMA, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE This Letters Patent Appeal is instituted against the judgment dated 31.10.2018, rendered by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 7914 of 2018.

Today, we have deliberations with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants as well as respondent No.2. Incidentally, respondent No.2 is also present in the Court. LPA No. 4964 of 2018 -2undertaken that out of four rooms, two rooms would be provided to respondent No.2. He has also undertaken that separate access would be given to these two rooms. He has further undertaken that the electricity and water supply shall also be provided in these two rooms. Learned counsel has also undertaken that appellant No.1 will provide bathroom/toilet for his widow mother - respondent No.2. Separate access to the rooms to be provided to respondent No.2 and construction of separate bathroom/toilet for those rooms shall be completed within a period of three months from today.

In view of the aforesaid settlement between the parties, the appeal stands disposed of.
