These are civil revision petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jagadhari, whereby third party objections filed by the petitioners were dismissed.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1(i) to (iii) at the outset has raised an objection that the petitioners have filed the objections as third party and the order of dismissal of the said objections is appealable and no such appeal has been filed by the petitioners.
