(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 in case FIR No.98 dated 10.10.2022 registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar-Rural. Learned State counsel, being instructed by ASI Sarwan Singh, has submitted that challan in the present case has already been presented before the concerned Court today itself and that respondent No.2 is not required for any investigation purposes.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed.
