(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.87, dated 16.07.2019 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Jakhal, District Fatehabad, under Sections 379-B, 323, 341, 325, 506, 201, 427, 147 & 149 IPC on the basis of affidavit dated 13.10.2020 (Annexure P-2) and compromise deed dated 08.04.2022 (Annexure P-3). Pursuant to order dated 20.12.2022, report dated 20.01.2023 has been received from Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will or without any pressure.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.87, dated 16.07.2019 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Jakhal, District Fatehabad, under Sections 379-B, 323, 341, 325, 506, 201, 427, 147 & 149 IPC along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
