NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting-aside the impugned order dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.2 wherein approval to the Agenda No.5 dated 17.08.2021 (Annexure P-2) was unreasonably denied by passing an arbitrary and non-speaking order. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing respondent No.2 to pass a fresh order on the Agenda No.5 passed by respondent No.2 on 17.08.2021 (Annexure P-2), by passing a fresh speaking order. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
