Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in FIR No.50 dated 18.04.2023 (Annexure P-1), to any other District in the State of Punjab, other than District Tarn Taran. 2.

In compliance of the order made by this Court on 01.02.2024, the learned State counsel has filed an additional affidavit of Ashwani Kapur, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, which is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, on the ground that, the matter has been amicably settled inter se the parties concerned. 4.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
