*** Written reply filed by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent Jail, District Jail Yamuna Nagar, in terms of which the case of petitioner was not considered for release on parole for the reason that he had not completed one year of imprisonment. Learned counsel for the petitioner states the petitioner has since completed this period. The petition is disposed of observing that on petitioner submitting a fresh application for release on parole, the same be considered on merits expeditiously keeping in view the fact that he wants his release for doing agricultural work.
