***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J . (Oral) The instant petition was filed in the year 2019, seeking release of the petitioner on parole for 6 weeks.

Upon perusal of the last 6 orders i.e. 30.9.2021, 02.11.2021, 17.12.2021, 02.02.2022, 19.4.2022 and 4.7.2022, it is noticed that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This Court vide order dated 02.2.2022 had directed the Registry to inform the learned counsel for the petitioner, who was duly informed, but despite the same none has caused appearance.

It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing this petition.
