Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage of brother of petitioner is fixed for 02.12.2019. Petitioner had moved application on 18.11.2019 (Annexure P-4) seeking his release on parole to attend the marriage of his brother, which has not been decided so far. He confines his submission only for direction to respondents No.1 to 3 and 5 to take appropriate action on the application of the petitioner. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No.1 to 3 and 5 to look into the application (Annexure P-4) of petitioner and take appropriate action as required under law, on receipt of copy of this order.
