The relevant para No.7 of the said status report, reads as under:- That during the course of investigation the present petitioner submitted representation i.e. Annexure P-3 before Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra and representation Annexure P-4 before Director General of Police, Haryana, Panchkula and the same was inquired by the deponent. In the course of inquiry, no suicide note has been recovered from the deceased regarding Ajay or Ramesh or his wife committing suicide due to being fed up with them. Furthermore, no concrete evidence regarding harassment of Naresh Kumar or illicit relations has come on record so far. also asked to make available any concrete evidence against the accused if it is available. However, the viscera of the deceased has been sent to FSL Moginand for the result. On receiving the result of the viscera of the deceased in the case, further action will be taken as per the rules and laws. Further, during the investigation, no evidence has been found regarding the allegations made in the complaint so far. The investigation of the case is ongoing. So the representations were filed being devoid of any merits. The report hereby annexed as Annexure R-1 for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Learned State counsel is directed to conclude the investigation expeditiously.
