After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the application filed by the petitioner seeking suspension of sentence has been adjourned for 26.11.2025 by the respondent No. 5-Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (herein after referred to 'the Tribunal'), the said non-adjudication of the application of the petitioner , is causing prejudice to him.

On asking of the court, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Sharma, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1-UOI. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent- UOI submits that an application seeking suspension of sentence filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent No. 5 i.e. the Tribunal. 5.

Keeping in view the above, the Tribunal is requested that in case, any application for preponing of the hearing of the application seeking suspension of sentence is moved by the petitioner, the same be entertained RIYA 2025.09.15 12:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-9915-2025 (O&M) and the said application for suspension of sentence be decided at earliest especially when, out of the total sentence awarded to the petitioner, the petitioner has already undergone 08 months of sentence. 5.
