Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide his pending representation, dated 24.02.2025, Annexure P-5, in a specified period. 3.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that the pending representation, dated 24.02.2025 will be decided by the second respondent/Director General Higher Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks.
