RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 10.02.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts of `20,000/-. The same are taken on record. Registry is directed to verify the deposit of costs by the petitioners with the concerned quarter.

Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.414 dated 04.07.2019 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471, 406, 120-B IPC at Police Station City Hansi, District Hisar along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 03.12.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hansi, on 10.12.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hansi, has submitted her report vide letter bearing RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.20 15:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRM-M-51426 of 2019 No.1103 dated 12.12.2019, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Hisar, vide letter No.25764 dated 14.12.2019. According to the above report, voluntary amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties. None of the accused has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, FIR No.414 dated 04.07.2019 registered under Sections 420, 468, 471, 406, 120-B IPC at Police Station City Hansi, District Hisar, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
