Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for setting aside the order dated 11.09.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, in CRA-419-2023 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable of Instruments Act, whereby petitioner has been directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount within 60 days. 2.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
