***** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought adjournment to verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioner as it had been stated in the petition that he was not involved in any other case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, has not conceded that the petitioner has indeed been involved in the some criminal cases.

When this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer of the petitioner in view of the material concealment before this Court, a prayer was made by the learned counsel for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
