(Oral) Faced with the situation that the police has put up a cancellation report for the second time and the same is pending for consideration before the concerned competent Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available in law. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the trial Court be directed to take a conscious decision upon the second cancellation report presented by the police in accordance with law expeditiously.
