(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing of Complaint No.NACT/370/2022 dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 138-B and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as well as Warrant Order dated 15.09.2022 (Annexure P-2). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
