Petitioner has filed present 3rd petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.104 dated 03.07.2022, under Sections 498-A, 307 of IPC (Sections 302, 304-B of IPC were added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner has been acquitted by learned trial Court vide order dated 13.02.2025. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition having rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn having rendered infructuous.
