Non-compliance of the order dated 15.12.2023, passed by this Court in CWP-7499-2019 (Annexure P-1), has been alleged by the petitioners.

Compliance affidavit dated 04.12.2024, has been filed on behalf of Er. Jagmohan Singh Jandu, Additional Superintending Engineer, DS Division Sunder Nagar, PSPCL, Ludhiana, on behalf of the respondents, which is taken on record.

A perusal of the compliance affidavit reflects that in compliance of the order dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure P-1), a Speaking Order dated 25.10.2024 (Annexure R-2) has been passed in terms of the Policy dated 08.12.2023 (Annexure R-1).

 In view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
