Present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.5 dated 12.01.2022 under Sections 346, 363, 366-A, 120-B and 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned State Counsel files custody certificate dated 01.08.2023, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
