This appeal has been filed by appellant/husband challenging judgment and decree dated 04.09.2018 passed by learned District Judge, Kapurthala whereby petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955(for short the Act) for dissolution of marriage has been dismissed. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions of the appellant who is present in Court submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and petition under Section 13-B of the Act has been filed before the learned Family Court, Phillaur. Statements of the parties at second motion will be recorded on 07.07.2023.

In view of the compromise, appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to the appellant to file appropriate application in case terms and POONAM SHARMA 2023.05.22 17:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
