Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that marriage of son of petitioner No.1 and grand son of Nishan Singh, who is undergoing sentence in Central Jail, Ferozepur, is fixed for 02.12.2019. Petitioner No.1 had moved application on 22.11.2019 (Annexure P-4) seeking release of Nishan Singh, father of petitioners on parole to attend the marriage of son of petitioner No.1, which has not been decided so far. He confines his submission only for direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the application of the petitioner No.1. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to look into the application (Annexure P-4) of petitioner No.1 and take appropriate action as required under law, on receipt of copy of this order.
