However, the execution petition has been disposed of being fully satisfied vide order dated 09.09.2025, passed by the Executing Court, Malerkotla. Copy of the order dated 09.09.2025, passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Malerkotla in CNR No.PBSGC00018572023, EXE-233-2023, titled as "Noor Mohd. vs. Abdul Waheed", has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the present petition and he does not wish to pursue the same.
