******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that as per order dated 26.02.2019 passed in CWP No. 21108 of 2017 and other connected cases, directions were issued to constitute a committee of three officers headed by Chief Secretary to consider the claim of petitioners as well as related issues and to take the decision within two months. The Committee was also directed to take into consideration the consolidated affidavit filed in CWP Nos. 24341 and 29601 of 2017 while arriving at its decision. Accordingly, a committee was constituted and claim of the petitioners was considered vide order dated 04.02.2020 in compliance of order dated 26.02.2019. He further submits that this petition has been rendered infrucutous. Copy of order dated 04.02.2020 is taken on record.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek revival of this petition if any of their claim remain unsatisfied as per order dated 26.02.2019 (ibid). Rule discharged.
