Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P4) issued by respondent No.4. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since no action has been taken till date and the petitioner has already retired and the school is running, thus, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take all the points in case any action is taken by the authorities.

In view of the above statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
