**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 131 dated 02.11.2019, registered under Sections 326, 323, 34 IPC, Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. Mr. Manvinder Singh Bal, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the complainant and filed his power of attorney which is taken on record. Vide order dated 02.12.2019 the petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 02.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, assisted by learned counsel for the complainant, submits that though petitioners have joined investigation but they have not been cooperating with the investigating agency. GURPREET SINGH 2020.03.12 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh

CRM-M No. 50998 of 2019 -2Petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law of the complainant whereas petitioner No. 2 is the married sister-in-law of the complainant and petitioner No. 3 is her husband and petitioner No. 2 has been residing in her matrimonial home far away from the parental home. The injury on the person of the complainant with knife has not been attributed to the petitioners in the FIR.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 02.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
