Learned counsel for the State has filed a status report by way of affidavit of Ramesh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Bhiwani, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that all PWs have been examined in the present case.

Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Permitted to do so.
