This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0110 dated 14.12.2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala. 2.

On the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite the case having been called out twice. The position remains the same even today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
