Vide order dated 13.12.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.12.2022 the petitioner had joined the investigation and complied all the conditions to which she had no objection.

State counsel does not refute the statement made by counsel for the petitioner.

Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner makes a case for release on bail.

Given above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 13.12.2022, is hereby made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
