Learned State counsel has today filed status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Karan Singh Sidhu, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kharar, District SAS Nagar. The same is taken on record. A copy of status report has been supplied to learned counsel opposite.

A perusal of status report shows that evidence of prosecution has already been closed and statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded and the matter is now fixed before the trial Court on 01.03.2024 for recording defence evidence.
