RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant revision petition has been filed impugning the order dated 11.11.2022 vide which learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the prosecution to produce the prosecutrix for Ossification test. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. Allowed as prayed for.
