It is further contended that the alleged incident is stated to have taken place on 7.7.2023 around 8 P.M whereas the F.I.R in question was registered on 9.7.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation and also cooperate with the investigating agency.
