NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the charge-sheet No.C-75 dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-4) issued by respondent No.3 to the petitioner. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to issue "No Due Certificate" to the petitioner from the year 2011 to 2018, which the respondent - Corporation has not issued till date despite repeated requests made by the petitioner. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
