(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 176, dated 08.08.2019, under Sections 366-A, 376 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Samrala, District Khanna.

Learned State counsel submits that in the instant case, charges have not yet been framed and are likely to be framed on the next date of hearing i.e. on 05.02.2020.

In view of above, no ground for grant of bail is made out, at this stage.

Dismissed.
