The present appeal pertains to the year 2024 and repeatedly the same has been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants. Today also the matter has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Even the costs as imposed vide order dated 28.01.2025 have not been deposited till date. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
