ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 15.12.2017 vide which a direction was issued to the Financial Commissioner, to decide the revision petition within a period of 03 months.

Counsel for the State has argued that the parties themselves were taking time on account of possibility of some compromise. It is also submitted that within a period of 02 weeks from today, the revision petition will be disposed of. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for revival, if so required.
