The petitioner with respect to same cause of action has filed CWP No. 4027 of 2022 and said writ petition is still pending before this Court. Notice of motion in the said writ petition was issued on 02.03.2022 and petitioner through instant petition is impugning communication dated 01.10.2021 meaning thereby the impugned communication was made prior to filing of aforesaid writ petition.

Faced with this, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
