(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the official respondents to change the revenue record in jamabandi and other documents pertaining to land in question in compliance of order dated 16.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) Malerkotla. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
