Petitioner-Kishani, aged 70 years has approached this Court for seeking directions for protection of her life and liberty, which is at the imminent danger at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. It has further been prayed that strict legal action be taken against respondents No.4 to 6. 2.

In response to the prayer made by the petitioner, respondentState has already filed the status report dated 11.01.2022 on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Details given in paragraphs No.6 to 7 of the status report are enough to examine as to whether the grievances of the petitioner have been acknowledged by the private respondents or not. 3.

Broadly stating, it can be concluded that one FIR No.0514 dated 27.09.2022 under Sections 323, 34, 506 IPC has already been registered at Police Station Kaithal city, District Kaithal. There is another FIR No.524 dated 03.10.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC registered against the petitioner and her other family members at the instance of one complainant-Amandeep s/o Narinder (respondent No.4) KAVITA NAIN 2023.05.25 15:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment

Learned State counsel informs that in both the cases investigation has already been completed by the investigating agency. 5.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to seek alternative remedy available to her as per law.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought and recorded hereabove.
