Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue was illegally detained at the police station and now, since he has been freed, as such, this petition, in the present form, does not survives and therefore, the same be allowed to be withdrawn.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn and interim order is recalled. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate legal remedies as available under law, including approaching the Human Rights Commission.

A copy of the complete reply be supplied to the counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
