Feeling aggrieved by the judgment of conviction and order of sentence, dated 02.06.2023, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ferozepur, as affirmed in appeal by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Ferozepur, vide impugned judgement dated 03.10.2024, present criminal revision petition has been filed by the petitioner - Jaswant Singh.

On 25.10.2024, co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed the following order:- Mr. Rajat Dogra, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** The petitioner assails judgment dated 3.10.2024 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ferozepur vide which his conviction as recorded by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ferozepur vide judgment and order of sentence dated 2.6.2023 for having committed offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, has been upheld.
This Court finds that the petitioner despite specifically having been directed to surrender vide impugned judgment dated 3.10.2024, has not surrendered till date.
List again on 19.11.2024.
The petitioner would be well advised to surrender before the Court concerned by the next date of hearing.
