******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Anil Kumar, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail Jhajjar on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 filed by learned State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. The petitioner sought parole for the delivery of his wife. It is submitted that his wife has delivered a child on 07.10.2019. As per para 2 of the reply, the petitioner has undergone 10 months 04 days of imprisonment after conviction as on 10.12.2019. Keeping in view the fact that wife of petitioner has already delivered a child and the petitioner is going to complete one year sentence after his conviction shortly, this petition is disposed of with direction to Jail Superintendent, District Jail Jhajjar to consider the application of petitioner for grant of parole as per rules after completion of one year sentence after his conviction.
