This revision petition has been filed against the ad interim interlocutory order passed by the Trial Court while refusing to grant interim injunction in favour of the petitioner (plaintiff). 2.
The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as "CPC") filed by the petitioner is yet to be decided.

Keeping in view the facts of the case, it is considered appropriate to direct the Trial Court to decide the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC within a period of one month at the first instance.
