ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) On 05.04.2022, the learned counsel representing the appellant did not come forward to attend the hearing. Today again, the position is no different.

It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the application for referring the matter to the Court was filed after a period of 31 years from the date of award passed by the Land Acquisition Collector. The appellant does not appear to be interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
