Petitioner - Arun Kumar Sharma as well as Mr. Amrish Kumar Jain, Advocate for the petitioner are present in person and have expressed regret for some comments having been made against the Judicial Officer. The petitioner apologized for the same.

Mr. R.P. Dhir, Advocate, who had subsequently filed an application i.e. CRM-47427-2024 on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the main case, is also present. CRR-2145-2024 (O&M) ( 2 ) Mr. Amrish Kumar Jain, Advocate, Mr. R.P. Dhir, Advocate as well as the petitioner have requested that they be permitted to withdraw the instant revision petition with liberty to file afresh. In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned counsel for the petitioner and also the petitioner himself for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRR2145-2024, which is presently fixed for 29.1.2025 is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh.
