Prayer in this criminal writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take proper legal action against respondents Nos.4 and 5 and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.4 and 5. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sarwinder Singh, submits that there is no threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioners.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
